To thoroughly implement the requirements for work safety, effectively enhance employees’ safety awareness and ability for work injury prevention, and consolidate the foundation for the enterprise’s safe development, ZQ organized a special training session on work injury prevention and risk control at 13:30 p.m. on July 3, 2026. More than 40 participants, including workshop supervisors, production line staff, team leaders and department heads from all departments, attended the training.
The training combined theoretical lectures with immersive VR equipment experience, integrating knowledge teaching and practical simulation to ensure the safety concepts take deep root in every participant’s mind. Starting with two core concepts — potential hazards and safety awareness — the instructor systematically elaborated on the fundamental principles and significance of workplace safety. The lecturer emphasized that the vast majority of safety accidents stem from disregard for hidden dangers and weak safety awareness. Only by attaching great importance to safety from the bottom of our minds can we effectively prevent accidents before they occur.
During the case study session, the instructor analyzed the causes, hazards and lessons of typical workplace accidents in recent years one by one, including fire accidents, working-at-height incidents, machinery-related injuries, electric shock accidents and forklift mishaps. The lecture covered practical safety knowledge closely linked to the company’s production and daily operations for all staff: proper fire suppression methods at the initial stage, standardized use of safety harnesses for working at height, key protective measures during machine operation, power cut-off and rescue procedures for electric shock casualties, as well as blind spot management and speed control for forklift driving.

To overcome the limitation of traditional training where participants listen much but remember little, this training specially introduced a VR experience session for work injury prevention. Equipped with VR headsets, employees were immersed in simulated scenarios of various accidents via virtual reality technology — ranging from emergency responses to sudden fires and the terrifying sensation of falls from heights, to realistic vibrations simulating mechanical pinching injuries and electric shocks.
With lifelike visual effects and interactive operations, employees personally experienced the severe consequences of irregular operations in a safe environment, while intuitively learning standard emergency response procedures and hazard avoidance measures. This tech-driven training method greatly boosted employees’ interest in learning and significantly deepened their memory and understanding of safety operating procedures.
During the training, all participants listened attentively and engaged actively, creating a focused and lively atmosphere. Many production line workers commented that the standard machinery operating procedures and forklift driving precautions covered by the instructor were what they encountered every day. The accident cases felt close to real-life scenarios at work, giving them a clearer awareness of hidden risks they tended to overlook on a daily basis. Workshop supervisors also stated that the training featured practical content and an innovative format, offering valuable guidance for strengthening team safety management and daily hazard inspections in the future.
This special training on work injury prevention constitutes an important part of the workplace safety work of ZQ. Taking this training as an opportunity, the company will continue to normalize and diversify safety education and training, constantly improve the work safety management system and emergency response plans, effectively implement the principle of "Safety First, Prevention Foremost" throughout the entire production and operation process, and provide a solid guarantee for employees' personal safety and the steady development of the enterprise.
